FACILITIES ASSISTANT

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Facilities Assistant to support maintenance, safety, and compliance of warehouses and office facilities through repairs coordination, inspections, reporting, and liaison with contractors and government agencies.

Job Description:

• Assist in overseeing the maintenance, safety, and sustainability of warehouses, office equipment, and warehouse machinery.
• Monitor building conditions, coordinate routine repairs, and support preventive maintenance programs.
• Liaise with contractors, service providers, and government agencies to resolve facility-related concerns.
• Support the Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Committee in maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in preparing compliance documents and reports for warehouse requirements, including FDA, BAI, and DENR.
• Coordinate material and service requisitions with the procurement team.
• Prepare reports and maintain inventory records for office equipment and warehouse machinery.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate of Building Administration, Facilities Management or other related courses
• Basic knowledge in facilities
• At least 1 year of work-related experience

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Monday - Friday
• 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
• Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong
• Can work during weekends if necessary
