Facilities Assistant - Notcutts Garden Pride Garden Centre

Part-Time Hours - 24 hours week to include weekends and bank holidays

Rate of pay up to £12.76 per hour.

We're looking for a proactive and reliable Facilities Assistant to help maintain a safe, clean and well-presented environment for our colleagues and customers.

This is a varied, hands-on role that combines cleaning responsibilities with wider facilities support across the site. Working closely with store management, you'll help ensure the building, colleague areas and operational facilities are maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store and colleague areas.
• Clean and replenish customer and colleague facilities.
• Carry out scheduled cleaning tasks and audits.
• Complete regular site inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Monitor skip usage and ensure waste is segregated correctly.
• Support environmental and sustainability initiatives.
• Maintain safe and organised external waste compounds.
• Conduct routine health and safety checks.
• Identify and report hazards promptly.
• Support compliance activities and record keeping.
