FACILITIES ASSISTANT / FACILITIES OFFICER / RECEPTIONIST

FACILITIES ASSISTANT / FACILITIES OFFICER / RECEPTIONIST

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
• To answer incoming calls and take messages

Requirements:

• HKCEE/HKDSE or above or holder of Diploma or certificate in Administration or Office Management
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience
• Good telephone manner
• Proficient in MS application and Chinese word processing
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Mature and able to work independently
• Complaint Handling / Security Experience are preferred
• Event Organising Experience is an advantage
