Facilities Assistant [SAS]

Key Duties

Perform routine cleaning and sanitisation of office premises, meeting rooms, training rooms and common areas.

Clean and maintain furniture, fixtures and office equipment.

Vacuum, sweep and mop floor surfaces and maintain general office cleanliness.

Empty and dispose of waste in accordance with established procedures.

Prepare meeting and training rooms by arranging furniture, partitions and relevant equipment.

Assist with the setup and teardown of basic audio-visual equipment and room facilities.

Replenish cleaning, pantry and beverage supplies as required.

Monitor and report maintenance, safety and facility-related issues.

Assist with special cleaning projects, periodic cleaning activities and other operational tasks.

Perform other relevant duties and ad hoc assignments as required.
