Key Responsibilities

· Experience supporting facility or utility infrastructure projects in manufacturing, industrial, energy, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, data center, or other mission-critical environments.
· Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, engineers, commissioning teams, and operations stakeholders, including construction closeout, punch-list management, and operational handoffs.
· Working knowledge of HVAC, exhaust, utility, electrical, mechanical, BMS, and controls systems sufficient to coordinate technical activities and identify issues requiring specialist review.
· Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), one-line diagrams, and technical documentation.
· Strong organization, documentation, follow-up, and communication skills, with the ability to track multiple action items and manage competing priorities in active construction and manufacturing environments.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
· Associate or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
