Facilities Contract Manager
Current vacancy for a care home provider covering the Milton Keynes area.
You will be overseeing the FM contracts ensuring all day to day repairs, PPM and compliance areas.
Key skills / background
- FM Knowledge and ideally have worked within a client side role
- Empathy with residents
- Good engagement and Communication skills
- Experience in Financial Management and SOR experience
- Contract Management of service partners understanding.
- M&E (Hard Service Experience)
