Facilities Coordinator 1 (0-2 years)

We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations for a large commercial cyber security campus in Santa Clara, CA. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing hands-on administrative and site support while delivering a high level of service to building occupants and internal teams. The role offers a dynamic work environment with regular weekday hours and a mix of coordination, communication, and light technical assistance responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate room, meeting, and event setups and ensure spaces are prepared, organized, and restored after use.

• Provide day-to-day facilities support across a multi-building commercial property, helping maintain smooth site operations.

• Assist with breakdown and reset activities following meetings, events, and on-site functions.

• Perform occasional light technical support tasks as needed to help resolve basic facility-related issues.

• Communicate with staff, visitors, and vendors clearly and courteously to address requests and support service needs.

• Monitor workspace readiness and report maintenance concerns or operational issues to the appropriate team members.

• Help maintain an organized and responsive environment by tracking tasks and following through on facility-related requests.

• At least 2 years of experience in facilities coordination, administrative support, or a similar service-focused role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with different audiences.

• Customer-service mindset with a proactive and dependable approach to daily responsibilities.

• Comfortable working in a commercial property environment with multiple buildings and shifting priorities.

• Ability to assist with event support activities, including room setup, breakdown, and general site coordination.

• Basic comfort with light technical tasks and using employer-provided computer equipment.

• High attention to detail and solid organizational skills in a fast-paced workplace.
