Facilities Coordinator

LocationGreat opportunity to join a well Established Family Hospitality Business. Our head office is Located in Queen st Brisbane CBD where you will work three days a week. Convenience of choosing which three days a week you would like to work.

What you will be doing....  
Oversee daily facility operations ensuring safety, compliance and customer satisfaction

• Continue to Develop and implement policies and procedures to manage compliance.

• Coordinate maintenance schedules and manage service level agreements

• Manage our in house maintenance team and build contractor relationships

• Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance

• Manage budgets, maintenance records, invoices and operational reporting

Skills needed
To succeed in this role you will have:

• Previous experience ideally within facility management.
• Well developed communication and problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• A safety mindset
• Commercial awareness and inquisitive nature
• Proficiency with systems in MS office
