We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to support our Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant operations. This role will work closely with restaurant leadership, operations teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure facility and maintenance needs are handled quickly and efficiently across multiple restaurant locations.

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for managing incoming facility requests, coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance, tracking work orders, and communicating with restaurants throughout the process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working in a fast-paced environment, and helping keep restaurant operations running smoothly.

This is a full-time, in-person position, Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a key point of contact for Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants regarding facility and maintenance needs.
• Receive, review, prioritize, and coordinate facility service requests across multiple restaurant locations.
• Work directly with restaurant managers and operations leaders to understand facility issues and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate repairs involving HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, kitchen equipment, and general building maintenance.
• Assign and track work orders from initial request through completion.
• Communicate with vendors and contractors to schedule service, obtain updates, and follow up on outstanding repairs.
• Help manage preventative maintenance programs to reduce emergency repairs and equipment downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, repair history, vendor activity, and service costs.
• Review open work orders and proactively follow up on delays or unresolved issues.
• Assist with vendor relationships, service agreements, and facility-related projects.
• Prepare reports and analyze work order trends to identify recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner closely with Facilities and Operations leadership to support the day-to-day needs of our restaurants.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in facilities coordination, facilities management, construction management, restaurant operations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience supporting multiple locations is a plus.
• General understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and restaurant equipment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of requests and competing priorities.
• Comfortable communicating with restaurant managers, vendors, contractors, and leadership.
• Strong follow-up skills and the ability to take ownership of issues through resolution.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Comfortable learning and working within facility work order/CMMS systems.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-location restaurant environment.

Nice to Have

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or multi-unit facilities experience.
• Experience with work order management systems.
• Experience coordinating outside vendors and service providers.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
