- Support flight operations by coordinating movements, changes, delays, and disruptions effectively
- Work closely with logistics, shutdown, and site administration teams to align aviation activities with operational requirements
Site Transport & Bus Services
- Provide leadership and coordination to ensure safe and reliable transport services across site
- Manage passenger transfers between the aerodrome, village, and operational areas
- Support site transport and utility activities to ensure priorities are delivered safely and efficiently
You will be a proactive and hands-on Facilities professional with experience supporting remote operations and a passion for creating a positive workforce environment.
You will bring:
- Trade qualification, Diploma in Facilities Management, or demonstrated facilities coordination experience
- 3+ years’ experience in facilities, village, or camp coordination within mining or remote operations
- Aerodrome Reporting Officer (ARO) Skill Set (AVISS00053)
- Experience managing contractors and service providers

- Experience implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, and CMMS systems (SAP experience highly regarded)
