About the Role:
Talent Web has partnered with a large Commercial landlord, who are looking for Facilities Coordinator to join their highly technical Facilities team, in the management of a premium grade Commercial tower, based in the heart of the CBD.
  
Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the planned and preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Manage the ticketing and work order system.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and service contractors across all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, lifts).
• Assist in managing tenant relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor financial reporting and maintenance reports.
• Support with budgeting, reporting, and procurement processes.

Requirements:

• Must have experience within Commercial office as a Facilities Coordinator.
• Must have strong communication, written and verbal.
• Must be highly competent with IT systems and Yardi experience would be a plus.
