FACILITIES COORDINATOR

Responsibilities, Authorities and Accountabilities

• To perform maintenance on machines
• To repair the malfunction of machines and auxiliary equipment
• Perform daily monitoring, preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment/systems
• To maintain the machines and equipment in good order to support production process according to the preventive maintenance schedule
• To routinely check on machinery for signs of fault in order to prevent or minimize downtime and interruptions
• To initiate improvement on the functionality of machines and equipment to increase its efficiency
• To document activities accordingly
• The job function listed is not exhaustive and shall also include any responsibilities as assigned by the Manager & Supervisor from time to time
• Willing to do overtime
• Carry out work assignment of maintenance as instructed by Maintenance and Manager
• Check condition of all machineries and building and ensure all items are proper maintained and correctly
• Attending to all electrical, air-conditioning, plumbing work and others.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work area
• Assist and carry out any related function assigned by Maintenance and Manager.
• To carry out duties as per company’s policies and SOPs on Environmental, Safety and Health.

Competency Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / any Professional Certificate/Diploma in related field
• Minimum 1 year working experience in Manufacturing/Production
• Able to write & communication well in Malay & English

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
