Facilities Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking to fill a critical role in the facilities specialist position. You will be responsible for elevating our customer experience through a pristine studio environment. We pride ourselves on offering a clean, welcoming, and safe environment for our members and staff. The facilities specialist makes it all possible!

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize all areas of the studio, including class rooms, restrooms, pool room, sauna, locker areas, and reception
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and squeegee floors
• Empty trash and recycling bins regularly
• Restock restroom and locker room supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management
• Perform periodic deep cleaning as scheduled
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, especially as related to sanitation and COVID-19 precautions
• Work closely with studio managers and front desk

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning experience preferred
• Availability during early mornings, evenings, or weekends
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Positive attitude and a sense of responsibility
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and be on feet for extended periods
• Problem-solver with a passion for continual improvement.
• Ability to work at and travel to La Costa Studio

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
