Facilities Coordinator

Seacoast, NH | $21–$23/hr | Full-Time or Part-Time | Permanent

A living community on the Seacoast, NH is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to help keep the community safe, comfortable, and fully operational for its residents.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, working independently, and making a direct impact in a welcoming community.

What You'll Do

• Perform general building maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Complete apartment turnovers, including painting, drywall, fixtures, locks, and cleaning
• Handle custodial, groundskeeping, landscaping, snow removal, and common-area upkeep
• Respond to work orders and conduct routine safety and facility inspections
• Monitor life safety systems and maintain accurate maintenance and inventory records
• Coordinate with vendors and support equipment and facility operations
• Respond to emergencies and collaborate with residents and staff as needed

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of general building maintenance experience
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to prioritize work with minimal direction
• Strong communication skills and a resident-focused approach
• Healthcare or senior living experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma/GED required; trade training or certification is a plus
• Ability to perform physical maintenance work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $21–$23/hr
