Facilities Courier / Security Guard

FLSA Status: Non-exempt/hourly

Summary

The facilities courier is responsible for transporting and distributing

documents, mail and packages for FIB to and from various locations. This position

is also responsible for coverage in the absence of Branch Security Guards.

Responsibilities

• Sorts incoming/outgoing mail

• Picks-up and Delivers mail to all branches daily

• Responsible for maintaining and distributing USPS, FedEx and UPS

  deliveries

• Assist with supply distribution

• Assist with maintenance services between all branches

• Cleans and checks ATM machine once a month

• Responsible for the security and protection of bank’s employees and assets

  (when in security guard role).

• Ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment.

Requirements

• Ownership of a valid State Driver’s License.
• Ability to travel to multiple FIB sites
• Ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Prior security experience a plus.
