该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description: SK hynix Dalian Memory Technology and Manufacturing (DMTM) is high-volume manufacturing memory fab working on advanced edge 3D NAND product. DMTM focus on the success of NAND technology at a greater scale, play a larger role in supporting customers.

• Electrical and I&C LSS Operation Manager is responsible for specific area operation tasks, manage technician/shift engineer who worked both in Compressed Work Week (CWW) and Skew shift schedule.
• Managing the facilities Electrical area daily operation on covering shift schedule, resource/Ops/PM task arrangement, HPM and spares, etc. Lead a team of facilities technicians and shift Engineer, is accountable for the performance of facilities sustaining teams (as measured against facilities system safety, quality, output, people, and cost goals).
• Responsible for the appropriate training, mentoring, coaching, and performance management of the Technicians and shift Engineer.
• Establish a strong relationship with the other Operation Managers, Engineering manager, and Area Manager to drive operational expertise and excellence across all area/discipline/shifts of the organization. Assigns personnel and monitors the flow of work in process through the facilities system.
• Establish and ensure operating policies and procedures are followed. Set priorities for the team, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance.
• Supervise the activities of maintenance teams or staff in a facilities area. Responsible for overall safety of personnel, company assets, and the surrounding environment in facilities organization. Use judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.

Qualifications: - Master of Science degree in Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls or other equivalent engineering degree or equivalent engineering Bachelor's degree with related experience. - 5 or more years of semiconductor and/or facilities engineering experiences -Fundamental knowledge of facilities preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance program is critical for this role. -Demonstrated leadership abilities and organizational skills -Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills and capability of working in full English working environment. Candidates with prior knowledge and experience in working in manufacturing and facilities management will be given priority consideration.
