JOB TITLE: Facilities Engineer

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Management:

• Proven experience in leading property management teams to deliver exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders.
• Skilled in developing and implementing operational strategies to improve service delivery, efficiency, and reduce costs while maintaining property value.
• Expertise in overseeing day-to-day property operations, ensuring adherence to lease agreements, maintenance schedules, and building regulations.
• Strong ability to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to property management and identify areas for improvement.
• Ability to set clear objectives for property operations, evaluate progress, and cultivate a performance-oriented culture focused on accountability and excellence.
• Experience driving continuous improvement in property operations through process enhancements, automation, and the adoption of new technologies.
• Expertise in aligning operational strategies with company goals and objectives to ensure the long-term success of the property portfolio.

Resource Management:

• Experience in assessing staffing needs, forecasting future demands, and ensuring that the property management team is appropriately staffed to meet operational goals.
• Skilled in managing resources efficiently, balancing operational demands with budget constraints to maximize service delivery.

People Management:

• Skilled in conducting regular one-on-one meetings with team leaders to assess performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
• Proven ability to facilitate performance reviews and develop actionable development plans for team leaders to foster growth and skill enhancement.

Compliance:

• Expertise in ensuring compliance with company policies, building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards, ensuring legal and operational compliance at all times.
• Ability to stay updated on local laws and regulations that affect property management, and implement necessary changes to ensure full compliance.

Customer Management:

• Strong customer relationship management skills, ensuring smooth onboarding of new tenants and facilitating a seamless transition into property life.
• Skilled in working with tenant success teams to address tenant concerns and ensure satisfaction, fostering long-term tenant retention.

Budgeting & Financial Management:

• Experienced in managing property budgets, including the allocation of funds for maintenance, repairs, and operational costs.
• Ability to forecast financial needs, monitor spending, and adjust budgets to ensure the effective use of financial resources without compromising service quality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field
2. Experience: Minimum of [3 to 5] years of project or operations management
   experience related to engineering managed services.
