Facilities Engineer

📋 Job Summary

The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of building systems and utilities. This role involves supervising preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and company standards.

🛠️ Job Responsibilities

• Reviews facilities and equipment specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on generator sets.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot genset issues in the terminal.
• Controls project cost, expense and budget on facility operation and maintenance.
• Monitors operations and maintenance projects to ensure timely delivery compliant to client’s Service Level Agreement.
• Evaluates operational systems, facilities, and infrastructures.
• Schedules preventive and corrective maintenance facilities to ensure quality working conditions of administered equipment and facilities.
• Arranges procurement for operation and maintenance tools and equipment.
• Investigates equipment failure and recommends corrective action to avoid recurrence.
• Ensures project compliance with regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
• Prepares accomplishment and technical reports and compliance documentations.
• Updates clients on project status.
• Monitors, mentors, and coordinates with contractors and project staff performing maintenance works.

🎓 Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

·       Preferably License Engineer

·       Minimum of two (2) year experience in relation to the job requirement.
