Facilities Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain facility systems including HVAC, electrical, compressed air, chilled water, fire protection, and other utilities.
• Perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions for facility equipment.
• Support facility improvement, upgrading, installation, and engineering projects.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and project activities.
• Monitor equipment performance, energy consumption, and facility reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and energy-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Engineering, or related field.
• Min 5 years of related working experiences
• Experience in facilities engineering, building services, or a manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of facility utilities, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with BMS, HVAC, electrical systems, or CMMS is an advantage.
