Facilities Engineer

Job Summary

Responsible for the operation, maintenance, inspection, and improvement of the company's facilities, building systems, and mechanical equipment. The Facilities Engineer ensures that all facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations and company standards.

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Conduct regular inspection and assessment of facility equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and facility-related problems and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure reliable and efficient operation.
• Coordinate facility repair, renovation, installation, and improvement projects.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, technical reports, equipment records, and related documentation.
• Monitor energy and utility consumption and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Recommend improvements to enhance equipment reliability, workplace safety, and facility efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Registered Mechanical Engineer
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience in facilities management, building maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations is an advantage
• Knowledge of HVAC, pumps, compressors, piping, utilities, and other mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with applicable Philippine safety, building, environmental, and engineering regulations.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant engineering/maintenance software.
