- responsible for monitoring, inspecting, troubleshooting, and reporting all facilities-related issues, including: Electrical systems Water supply and plumbing systems Building maintenance Fire Protection System (FPS) Utilities and facilities equipment Renovation and fit-out works Coordination with contractors and service vendors Preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Preparation of maintenance reports and timely escalation of critical issues This position is essential to ensure both plants are well maintained, operational, safe, and compliant with company requirements.
