What they need
Job Title: Facilities Engineer
Location: Taman Perindustrian Cemerlang, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor
Responsibilities:
Perform daily inspection, maintenance and upkeep of the factory's water supply, power supply and HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and repair faults of M&E equipment in a timely manner to minimize production downtime.
Conduct regular preventive maintenance on facilities and record maintenance details accurately.
Comply with factory safety regulations strictly during operation to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist in the optimization of equipment operation schemes and put forward reasonable suggestions for energy conservation and consumption reduction.
Respond to emergency repair tasks at any time, including shift and off-duty periods, and ensure the stable operation of factory facilities.
Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Design Engineering or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
