We’re looking for a Facilities Engineer with strong BAS + HVAC experience to support facilities projects across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead BAS projects from design through installation, commissioning & optimization
- Manage contractors, vendors, budgets and project milestones
- Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical and building systems
- Support BAS upgrades, standards and continuous improvement
- Train facilities/maintenance teams and document work in CMMS
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years experience with BAS, HVAC and building systems
- BAS design, installation and commissioning experience
- Strong mechanical systems knowledge
Bonus: Tridium/Niagara, Honeywell, Distech, BACnet/Modbus/LonWorks, CMMS or EPA Universal Certification.
