Facilities Engineer

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience: 3–5 years in facilities engineering, maintenance, or building operations.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, CMMS, and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and utilities.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Project management and budgeting skills.

Position Summary

The Facilities Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and improvement of building systems and infrastructure. This role involves technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, and utility systems, compliance with safety standards, and effective coordination with contractors and internal teams to support organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utility systems.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot facility issues to minimize downtime.
• Manage contractors and vendors for repair, installation, and maintenance projects.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Monitor energy usage, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance records, and operational documentation.
• Support facility upgrades, renovations, and expansion projects.

Health & Safety Requirements

• Strict adherence to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.
• Proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
• Knowledge of lockout/tagout protocols and safe handling of equipment.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
