Facilities Engineer

-Licensed Mechanical Engineer

• 2-years related experienced in security, maintenance and facilities management. is a plus

• Required Skill(s): Electrical, HVAC, UPS, Facilities Management, Building Maintenance, Structural, Mechanical, (MEPFS), Plumbing, Fire Protection

• Willing to work in Ortigas

• Willing to work on weekends and holidays

Job Description:

1. Application of Skills and Capabilities

• Assists in the management of the building & facilities.
• Monitors the operations of building utilities through regular roving.
• Attends to customer's and tenant's concerns as reported by Security and other departments and coordinates with concerned departments accordingly.
• Monitors and approves work permit and gate passes.
• Checks tenants premises if these are in accordance with contract stipulations.
• Monitors performance of personnel from contracted agencies.
• Reviews and ensures accuracy of billing statement of all contracted agencies.
• Checks and monitors timekeeping of contracted personnel.
• Drafts and issues memoranda to tenants with violations to company regulations.
• Coordinates tenants’ status with other departments.

2. Coordination

• Liaises with all Department Managers & Department Team Members.
• Possesses good customer-service orientation by being open about ideas, comments and feedback from employees, customers and suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinates the flow of information both internally and externally.

3. Schedule and Timeliness

• Maintains schedules & calendars.
• Minimizes or eliminates delays in the installation, repair and replacement of machines and facilities.
• Performs functions on time without compromising the quality of work.

4. Performs other management mandated functions .
