FACILITIES ENGINEER

Job Description

• Solid Experience on project estimate bid preparation, evaluation, and budget preparation.
• Familiar with ISO standards.
• Experience working with the Local Government Units for the processing of permits.
• Ability communicate technical ideas in a Clear / concise manner both verbally and visually
• Plan , schedule and strategize electrical building management of the Campus
• Supervise and ensure project implementation relevant to electrical works
• Identify and request budget allocation for daily operations of Building Management
• Prepare and conduct Methodologies to seek sustainable use of Electricity.

Education:

Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Electrical Engineering/Architect

Licensed Electrical Engineer is a MUST

Experience:

• 2-3 years work experience in engineering firm, educational institution, and general construction
• Skills:
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications
• Must be able to handle Manpower Management and Scheduling
• Knowledgeable with Electrical Design and Analysis
• Knowledgeable of repairs and maintenance
• Can prepare bills of quantities and cost estimates
