Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Facilities Engineering.
• 15+ years of facilities engineering experience in manufacturing plants, EMS, semiconductor, pharmaceutical or cleanroom operations.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage facility utilities and critical infrastructure to support 24/7 manufacturing operations.
• Lead maintenance activities for electrical, HVAC, compressed air, wastewater treatment, fire protection, emergency systems and other systems.
• Analyze facility performance using BMS/SCADA and IoT-based monitoring tools.
• Drive continuous improvement, energy saving, reliability and safety initiatives.
• Coordinate contractors, projects, audits and statutory inspections.
• Prepare and update facility layouts, utility drawings and as-built documentation in AutoCAD.

Welfare

• Work 5 days, Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
