Brief Statement of Duties / Work to be performed:

Specific Qualifications Needed:

AS HVAC Engineer

• Able to design, install, operate, and maintain HVAC systems that control temperature, humidity, and air quality in compliance with international standards.
• Knowledgeable in HVAC System design, operation, installation, and maintenance.
• With at least 2 years of experience in industrial HVAC systems, cleanroom facilities, or related engineering maintenance.

As Clean Room Engineer

• Able to manage the operation, maintenance, and certification of Clean Room (Controlled Environment) facilities to ensure environmental integrity, compliance with standards, and reliable system performance.
• With at least 2 to 3 years' experience in a cleanroom environment (Semiconductor or Pharma setting preferably)

As CDA (Compressed Dry Air) Engineer:

• With 3 years' experience and proven ability in designing, implementing, operating, and maintaining industrial-grade CDA systems while ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient operation
• Proven ability to validate CDA Systems in compliance with ISO 8573 (Air Quality), ASME (Pressure Vessel), and other applicable international industrial standards.
• Optimize CDA System efficiency, minimize operational losses, and ensure energy and cost-effective performance.

General/Shared Responsibilities:

• Implement and validate HVAC, CDA, and Environmental systems in compliance with ISO 29463, EN 1822, ISO 13485, ISO 14644, and other relevant standards.
• Establish and maintain startup, operation, maintenance, and shutdown procedures, including OCAP (Operating, Calibration, Acceptance Procedures).
• Conduct full equipment installation and validation, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Performs Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implements corrective actions.
• Drive operational excellence using the Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) Framework.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and manufacturers on system maintenance, upgrades, and improvements.

General Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

• Relevant 4-year bachelor's degree requirements: Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC, Chemical, or Biomedical Engineering

• Knowledge of international standards such as cGMP and FDA 21; CFR 21 - Part 11, ISO 13485, and ISO 14644 in relation to HVAC, cleanrooms, CDA systems, and industrial facilities

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, and system schematics.

• Knowledge of HVAC system design, operation, installation, and maintenance

• Licensed Engineer is preferred; relevant professional or technical certification is an advantage.

• Fresh graduates may apply but those with experience are preferred
