Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and attend to equipment faults and daily maintenance concerns
• Conduct routine facility inspections and identify maintenance requirements
• Assist in the installation and setup of facility equipment and systems
• Perform basic plumbing, painting, masonry, and general building maintenance
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections
• Coordinate with contractors and external service providers when required
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requirements

Qualifications

• High school graduate, technical/vocational graduate, or equivalent
• Vocational training in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Maintenance, or a related technical field preferred
• TESDA certification is an advantage
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities or building maintenance
• Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection, painting, masonry, and BMS is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule: Six (6) days per week

Pay: Php22,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
