Facilities Engineer (MUST be a Registered Engineer)

Facilities Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of facilities, equipment reliability, compliance with safety standards, and excellent client satisfaction through proactive maintenance and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage manpower deployment and scheduling of maintenance activities at assigned sites.

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, repair, installation, and monitoring of building equipment and systems.

• Implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance needs and improvement opportunities.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.

• Evaluate facility systems and recommend equipment upgrades or process improvements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical concerns and facility-related requests from clients.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.

• Prepare technical recommendations, reports, and documentation as required by clients and management.

• Coordinate maintenance activities, repairs, renovations, fit-outs, and specialized works with contractors and service providers.

• Ensure all maintenance records, logs, permits, and related documentation are accurate, organized, and up to date.

• Plan, organize, supervise, and monitor the activities of Leadmen, Supervisors, and Maintenance Service Technicians (MSTs).

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to achieve operational targets and service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Must be a Licensed Engineer.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or a similar engineering role.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, construction principles, and facility maintenance processes.
