Facilities Executive

Key responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure ammonia and Freon refrigeration systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of forklifts, freezer trucks, food production equipment, and factory M&E systems
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and carry out necessary modifications, retrofitting, and engineering solutions
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, servicing, replacements, and maintenance works
• Monitor maintenance contracts, including expiry dates, scope of work, and service requirements
• Support the company's ISO 22000 and HACCP programmes and certification requirements
• Manage and monitor fire alarm systems, fire safety, and workplace safety standards

Requirements:

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering, Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Possess a valid BizSAFE certification
