What they need
Strategic Planning: Develop long-range facility goals, manage budgets, and align operations with company objectives. Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily operations, building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), repairs, and regular inspections. Vendor & Staff Management: Supervise facility staff, coordinate external vendors (cleaning, security, catering), and manage contracts. Space Management: Monitor space allocation, manage moves, and optimize space utilization. Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe workplace, manage EHS incidents, conduct fire drills, and maintain security. Support Services: Manage soft services like housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, pest control, and landscaping. Reporting: Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and handle administrative tasks like issue IDs, access cards, and meeting coordination.
Pay: ₹18,029.42 - ₹42,563.62 per month
