Facilities Executive

About the role

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all building services and infrastructure. Ensure all facilities are operating efficiently with minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
• Monitor service levels and ensure timely closure of maintenance work orders
• Manage and oversee the maintenance of hard services including Electrical systems (MSB, DB, transformers, UPS, generators), HVAC systems, Fire Protection and Fire Alarm Systems, Plumbing and sanitary systems, Water supply and pumping systems, Building Management System (BMS), Access Control and CCTV systems, Loading bays, dock levellers, roller shutters, warehouse equipment and Lighting Systems
• Coordinate and supervise outsourced contractors and service providers and review contractor performance against KPIs and SLAs
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure maintenance is completed according to approved plans
• Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and statutory regulations and coordinate inspections with relevant authorities
• Obtain quotations, evaluate vendors, and raise purchase requisitions
• Track maintenance costs and identify cost-saving opportunities

About you

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in facilities management, industrial, logistics, commercial, or manufacturing environments
• Experience managing multiple contractors and building services
• Fire safety officer certified is an advantage
• Knowledge of warehouse operations is an advantage
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Budgeting and cost control
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS
