Facilities Executive

Our Client:

• UP $4500 Basic + Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Manage office leasing, tenant requests and building maintenance, coordinating with tenants, contractors and service providers to ensure timely and quality completion of works.
• Manage contractors, vendors and service contracts, including quotations, tenders, performance monitoring, work verification and payment processing, as well as facility renovation, refurbishment and improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety, environmental, fire safety and building regulations, while supporting EHS activities, audits, fire drills, emergency response and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate facility records, monitor budgets, expenses and utilities, identify cost and energy-saving opportunities, and liaise effectively with internal stakeholders, tenants, vendors and relevant authorities.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of facilities management / facility engineering / building services experience

• Possess strong knowledge of Singapore workplace safety, environmental, fire safety and building regulations and contractor, vendor management and service contract administration.
