Job Scope
- Oversee & lead Technicians on preventive and corrective maintenance of building systems to ensure operational reliability.
- Supervise on-site contractors and third-party vendors, ensuring all repairs and servicing comply with service level agreements
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to detect defects, manage the fault reporting system, and troubleshoot issues.
- Investigate critical issues, provide technical recommendations
- Prepare maintenance reports and manage inventory for repairs
Requirements
- Diploma Qualification in Facility Management or Equivalent
- 1 Year of Facility Management Experience preferably in Office Operation Set Up Environment
