Facilities Executive (Landscape)

Join our Facilities Management team and manage key service contracts covering landscape, pest control and water harvesting systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts and monitor contractors to ensure services meet contractual requirements.
• Review service reports and follow up on maintenance issues and rectification works.
• Conduct monthly contractor meetings and track outstanding issues to closure.
• Monitor Variation Orders (VOs) and ensure timely completion.
• Assist with monthly billing reports and supporting documents for Client submission.
• Maintain contract and service records.
• Participate in internal meetings and provide updates on assigned contracts.
• Ensure compliance with relevant horticulture, pest control and water management requirements.
• Support basic asset management and other facilities-related duties.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of relevant Facilities Management experience.
• Knowledge of landscape, horticulture, pest control or water harvesting is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of asset management.
• Good communication, coordination and organisational skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work independently and with different stakeholders.
