What they need
We're looking for a Facilities Head to lead operations, manage building systems and utilities, ensure safety and maintenance, optimize costs, and provide strong team leadership in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering; certifications in facilities or safety management are an advantage.
Proven background in facilities operations, building systems, and utilities management.
Knowledge of preventive maintenance, workplace safety, and regulatory compliance.
Expertise in budgeting, cost optimization, and resource allocation.
Technical Expertise: Skilled in HV/LV electrical systems with up to 40MW capacity, HVAC systems, and cleanroom operations.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Preferably with prior work experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing firms.
