Facilities Maintenance Assistant 設施維修助理

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operation of building facilities, repair, maintenance and renovation services (處理樓宇設施的日常運作、維修、保養及翻新服務).
• Assist in routine maintenance and emergency maintenance actions on building facilities and office equipment (協助建築設施和辦公設備的日常維護和緊急維護行動).
• Monitor contractors to carry out maintenance and urgent repair works (監督承包商進行維修和緊急維修工作).
• Provide support for venue set-up decoration (為場地佈置裝修提供支援).
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time (執行管理層不時指派的其他臨時任務).

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduated (完成中五課程).
• Have relevant work experience (具相關工作經驗).
• Have team spirit, be responsible and punctual, and have a good work attitude (富團隊合作精神，負責，守時，及工作態度良好).

Terms of Appointment:   Starting salary and level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
