What they need
McAuley Hall Health Care Center is located in Watchung , N.J. We are a sponsored work of the Sisters of Mercy, and strive to give quality, person centered care to the residents we serve. We are seeking a part time Maintenance (week ends a must) assistant with the following qualifications:
Qualifications
- Nursing home experience preferred
- Must be knowledgeable of boilers, compressors, generators, etc., as well as various mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
- Must be knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
- Knowledgeable in fire safety and emergency preparedness
Responsibilities
- assist the Maintenance Director is the day to day operations of facility.
- troubleshoot and repair
- responds to the needs of building in a timely fashion
- team player
Assist in establishing a preventive maintenance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
