Facilities Maintenance

Minimum qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, minor civil works and welding.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills for fixing maintenance issues.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
• With driving license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks.
• Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained.
• Performance of building maintenance tasks in one or more fields (e.g. carpentry, electrical, heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, etc.)
• Dealing with emergencies as they arise.
• Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned.
• Drafting reports and making written recommendations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
