Facilities Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for a Facility Management & Building Maintenance Services Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working in high-rise commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, or similar facilities. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee all building maintenance and facility-related projects. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient and reliable operation of building systems, manage maintenance activities, and oversee project implementation from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repairs and Troubleshooting

Diagnosing and repairing issues with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (Civil, MEP) systems.

• Preventive Maintenance

Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to avoid breakdowns.

Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.

• Contractor Management

Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance.

Monitor contractor performance to ensure quality work.

• Inventory and Budget Management

Maintain an inventory of spare parts and tools.

Assist in budget planning for maintenance activities.

.Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: BE Mechanical, Electrical, or BTech.
• Experience: 5–7 years relevant working in High rise Commercial buildings, Hotels, Hospitals, or similar.

Salary Package: 250K-300k .
