Facilities / Maintenance Engineer (Mandarin Speaking)

About the Role: We are seeking a hands-on and self-motivated Facilities / Maintenance Engineer (Mandarin Speaking) to join our growing team. You will be responsible for overseeing factory infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of utility systems, and leading maintenance technicians in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain factory infrastructure, including power distribution, utility systems, water supply/drainage, and HVAC systems to ensure continuous operation.
• Plan, schedule, and guide maintenance technicians in daily inspection routines, preventive maintenance (PM), and emergency troubleshooting.
• Monitor and manage factory utility consumption (water, electricity, gas) and coordinate periodic calibration/inspection for special equipment.
• Liaise with HQ technical team, external contractors, and machinery suppliers for facility modification, upgrades, and maintenance projects.
• Inspect work quality and ensure all facility operations comply with local regulations and safety standards.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in factory facility maintenance and utility management.
• Must be fluent in Mandarin and English (Required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking management and equipment vendors from China).
• Possession of Chargeman certification (ST) or relevant safety/special equipment certificates is a strong advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to lead technical teams on-site.
