Facilities Maintenance Specialist - Advanced

This position is responsible for inspection and analysis of equipment, diagnosing malfunctions, and the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.

This includes systems such as: electrical, heating, ventilation, refrigeration, plumbing, locks and security doors, fire control, and fuel storage and delivery.

This position is also responsible maintenance on vehicles, motors, kitchen appliances, motorized equipment, and for the operation of electrical and mechanical equipment such as welding torches, lifts, and generators.

Pay: From $26.76 per hour
