Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
• Must be a Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE); Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) is an advantage.
• With at least 2 years of relevant experience in building facilities, electrical maintenance, or facilities management.
• With hands-on experience in electrical systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and building utilities.
• Knowledgeable in electrical safety standards, building codes, and applicable Philippine laws and regulations.
• Experience in supervising maintenance personnel, contractors, and service providers.
• Capable of planning and monitoring preventive maintenance programs and ensuring timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Skilled in assessing electrical and building-related issues and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
• Proficient in preparing technical reports, maintenance schedules, work orders, and other related documentation.
• Strong leadership, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
