Facilities Maintenance Team Leader

We’re looking for a solutions focused Facilities Maintenance Team Leader to coordinate daily maintenance and projects across the Tasman region. If you enjoy leading and motivating the team to deliver efficient, quality services and identify opportunities for service improvements and business growth - this could be the role for you!

You’ll organise workloads, support your team, and roll up your sleeves when needed. Building strong client relationships will be central to your success, alongside preparing quotes and costings, managing budgets and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You’ll bring:

• Experience in facilities maintenance or the building industry.
• Proven team leadership and confident client communication skills.
• Experience in pricing, quoting, budgeting and project delivery.
• A practical approach to solving problems and identifying business opportunities.
