Facilities Maintenance Technical Supervisor / Technical Maintenance Ma

• Supervise daily maintenance activities for the facility.
• Manage and coordinate technicians and maintenance staff.
• Inspect electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.
• Plan and follow preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical and maintenance problems.
• Monitor contractors and external maintenance service providers.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed according to safety and quality standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment, and repairs.
• Check availability of spare parts, tools, and maintenance materials.
• Respond quickly to emergency breakdowns and technical issues.
• Prepare maintenance reports and update management on major issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and facility standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in facilities maintenance or technical maintenance.
• Experience supervising maintenance technicians or contractors.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical problems and coordinate repairs.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and maintenance reporting systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency maintenance issues.

Preferred

• Experience in commercial buildings, hotels, hospitals, residential compounds, or large facilities.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and CMMS systems.
• Relevant technical or facilities management certification is an advantage.
