Facilities Maintenance Technician

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, compressed air, water systems, and utility equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair building facilities, production support equipment, and utilities to minimize downtime and maintain a safe working environment.
• Support production by responding promptly to maintenance requests, assisting in equipment installation and commissioning, and ensuring the reliability of plant facilities.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, 5S, and ISO 9001:2015 standards while promoting continuous improvement and proper housekeeping.

Qualification:

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or Graduate of a Technical/Vocational course in Mechanical Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Technology, or any related field. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the corrugated box industry, with hands-on experience in corrugator machine operation and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, machine troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, conveyors, and production equipment.
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2015, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement practices such as 5S and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and support production targets.
