LOCATION : The Union League Golf Club at Torresdale

Description Seeking a skilled and service-oriented Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance and

appearance of our premier private club facilities. This role is responsible for maintaining building systems,

responding to service needs, and ensuring our members experience a safe, comfortable, and first-class

environment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, and club amenities
• Maintain pool equipment and clubhouse mechanical systems
• Support lighting, sound, and event-related facility needs

Skills And Requirements

• 3 years of facilities, commercial property, or hospitality maintenance experience
• Competency in carpentry, painting and general construction

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
