Facilities Maintenance Technician

The Role

We’re looking for a dependable and resourceful Facilities Maintenance Technician to support our Central Oregon restaurant locations. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable troubleshooting everyday facilities issues, working independently, and completing repairs in a timely manner.

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will travel between locations and assist with general repairs and preventative maintenance. No professional certifications are required, but candidates should have hands-on maintenance experience and a general understanding of restaurant facilities and equipment.

Schedule and Pay

• Approximately 20–30 hours per week
• $23–$26 per hour, depending on experience
• Availability to work occasional nights and weekends as needed
• Travel between Central Oregon restaurant locations (Bend, Redmond, Sisters)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and complete general facilities repairs and maintenance
• Perform light plumbing, electrical, wiring, and HVAC-related work within the scope of your experience
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent restaurant needs
• Complete routine preventative maintenance and facility inspections
• Identify issues requiring a licensed contractor and communicate repair needs to leadership
• Coordinate with restaurant managers to minimize disruption to operations
• Maintain tools, supplies, and accurate records of completed work
• Ensure work areas are left clean, safe, and operational

Requirements

• Previous experience in general facilities, building, or property maintenance
• Working knowledge of light plumbing, electrical systems, wiring, and HVAC
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple requests
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations
• Timely, dependable, and responsive
• Ability to safely lift and safely carry up to 100 pounds, climb, bend, twist and perform physical maintenance work
• Availability for occasional night and weekend work as restaurant needs arise
