Keep the Operation Running.

We are looking for a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Person to help keep our facilities, equipment, and work areas safe, functional, and operating efficiently.

This is not a position where you'll be doing the same thing every day. One day you may be troubleshooting an electrical issue, repairing plumbing, fixing a door, performing preventative maintenance, or helping complete a facility improvement project. The next, you may be diagnosing equipment issues, repairing something in the shop, or fabricating a part needed to get the job done.

We're looking for someone who is a problem solver—someone who can look at an issue, figure out what needs to be done, and take the initiative to help get it resolved.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Performing routine maintenance and repairs throughout company facilities and shop areas
  • Troubleshooting and repairing basic electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, lighting, motors, and other electrical components
  • Using electrical testing equipment, such as multimeters and ohmmeters, to diagnose electrical issues
  • Performing preventative maintenance on facility equipment and systems
  • Completing minor plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpentry, and general building repairs
  • Inspecting facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, or potential problems before they become larger issues
  • Repairing doors, fixtures, lighting, work areas, and other facility-related components
  • Assisting with the installation, repair, and maintenance of equipment and machinery
  • Fabricating or modifying parts and components as needed for repairs or facility improvements
  • Maintaining organized maintenance records and documenting completed work
  • Coordinating and completing maintenance projects in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working with other departments to schedule repairs and maintenance while minimizing disruptions to daily operations
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Assisting with other maintenance, facility, or operational projects as needed

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who:

  • Has experience with facility, building, or industrial maintenance
  • Has a strong understanding of basic electrical systems and electrical troubleshooting
  • Is comfortable using electrical testing equipment such as multimeters and ohmmeters
  • Can troubleshoot problems and determine the best course of action
  • Has experience with general repairs, plumbing, painting, carpentry, or other building maintenance
  • Is mechanically inclined and comfortable working with a variety of hand and power tools
  • Has the ability to fabricate or modify components when needed
  • Can work independently, manage priorities, and stay productive without constant supervision
  • Is detail-oriented and takes pride in doing the job right
  • Is dependable, reliable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
  • Has a strong commitment to workplace and electrical safety

The Maintenance Person plays an important role in keeping our operation running. From maintaining the facility and workspaces to troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, you'll help ensure that our employees have a safe, functional, and efficient place to work.

If you're someone who enjoys figuring out how things work, solving problems, fixing what's broken, and taking pride in keeping things running, we'd like to hear from you.
